A DSH plugin that browses Bilibili for you daily: it searches, reads subtitles to judge each video, writes a verdict, sends a per-round digest to email or Obsidian, and adds picks to Watch Later.

dsh-bili-scroll is a daily Bilibili screening plugin in the DeepSeek Harness ecosystem that tackles the problem of too much content to sift through by reading each candidate video's subtitle text and splitting them into recommended and not-recommended groups. It searches a round by keyword or intent, writes a verdict for every video, and sends that round's summary to email or an Obsidian vault. Recommendations go into Bilibili Watch Later, and once that list is cleared the next round starts automatically after the configured interval, all configured from a right-side panel.

What Does It Do?

Bili Scroll is a DSH plugin for DeepSeek Harness that runs a daily screening pass over Bilibili for you: it searches by your keywords or search intent, reads each candidate video's subtitle text to judge whether it is worth watching, and writes a verdict for every item. It solves the problem of having too much Bilibili content to sift through by hand, splitting candidates into recommended and not-recommended groups and sending a per-round summary to your email or Obsidian vault. Its core capabilities include subtitle-based judgement, per-video verdicts, per-round summaries, automatic adding of recommendations to Bilibili's Watch Later, and auto-continuation once your watch list is cleared.

Core Features

  • Subtitle-based judgement: reads each video's subtitle text before deciding, instead of relying only on titles and descriptions, and gives every item a worth-watching or not-worth-watching verdict with reasons.
  • Per-round summaries: each round sends only that round's summary, one email at a time, with Obsidian entries also separated by round rather than accumulating.
  • Watch Later integration: recommended videos are added to Bilibili's Watch Later, and when that list is emptied the plugin treats it as finished and automatically starts the next round after the configured interval.
  • Centralized panel: the right-side panel has four tabs for settings, prompts, environment and account, and today's list; email and Obsidian are configured in the panel without editing any files.
  • Today list management: recommended and not-recommended items are layered by round number, with folder creation, drag-and-drop grouping, deep-dive notes, and deletion.
  • Single-round guard and skip logging: only one round can run at a time and duplicate triggers are blocked; a round that added no recommendations will not trigger continuation, avoiding wasted runs.

How to Use This Plugin?

After enabling it in DSH and restarting, open the panel from the Bili Scroll tab at the top of the right sidebar; it is not in the settings list, which is the most common place people look first. On first use, go to the environment and account tab to install dependencies and log in to Bilibili by QR code, then optionally fill in the email authorization code and Obsidian vault path and send a test email to verify delivery. Then return to the settings tab to adjust how many videos per round, search intent, sorting, and auto-continuation, and click the run-one-round button in the top right. Email and Obsidian are both optional; without them you still get the today list and Watch Later integration. Videos without subtitles are skipped by default, and local transcription requires downloading a Whisper model separately.

How to Troubleshoot This Plugin?

If the Bili Scroll tab is missing from the settings page, note that it lives in the right sidebar rather than the settings list. If no email arrives, check the test-send result under the email section of the environment and account tab, then look in the run log for send-success or send-skipped entries. If the panel keeps showing that a round is running in the background, note that a single round has a 45-minute cap; when it truly hangs, check the last lines of the log. If clicking run-one-round does nothing, the previous round is probably still running and a message will say so. If dependencies fail to install, follow the official instructions to point the built-in installer's mirror environment variable at another source.
