What Does It Do?
dsh-mcp-manager is a DSH plugin for DeepSeek Harness that provides a visual management interface for MCP servers under Settings → MCP. It solves the hassle of manually editing configuration files to manage MCP servers, letting you view the list, add/remove, enable/disable, monitor connection status in real time, and test connections. All changes take effect immediately via HMR hot application, no restart needed, and are persisted.
Core Features
- Server list: lists all installed/enabled MCP servers, showing serverName, transport type (stdio / streamable-http), URL/command, enabled status, loading stage, and registered tool count.
- Add/Delete: add MCP servers via a form with support for env/headers/args/timeout, with format and duplicate-name validation; one-click delete.
- Enable/Disable: toggle at any time, tools hot-connect/hot-disconnect accordingly.
- Connection status & test: real-time status pill per server (Connected / Failed / Loading / Disabled), plus an independent Test probe (initialize + tools/list) reporting latency and tool count.
- Edit: expand the form in place on the card being edited, save to apply.
- i18n & persistence: UI text follows DSH language (zh/en) in real time; all changes are written to cordis.patch.yml in the profile and survive restarts.
How to Use This Plugin?
After enabling it in DSH, open Settings → MCP to see the management page. To add a server, fill in the entry ID, serverName, transport type, and corresponding fields (URL for streamable-http; command/args/env/cwd for stdio); the panel validates format and duplicate names. Each card shows real-time status, connection target, and tool count, with actions for enable/disable, edit, and delete. If changes don't take effect, wait 1–2 seconds for HMR hot application to auto-refresh, or click the manual refresh button at the top right of the page.
