What Does It Do?
Oh My DSH is a DSH plugin for DeepSeek Harness that bundles long-context organization, task and verification tracking, prompt optimization, code understanding and computer operation into one workflow. It solves the problem of losing context in long conversations and of scattered task progress and verification evidence, letting you inspect context handling records, todo and verification status, and code call relationships directly inside the harness. Maintained by gulagala001 and written in JavaScript, it was last updated on 2026-09-21 and ships with four fully designed themes covering layout through typography.
Core Features
- Long-context organization: work already done is condensed into summaries and detailed material in the background, swapped in on demand for later requests, while original user wording, files and images stay retrievable.
- Task and verification board: tasks map to original requirements and verification links to tests, commands or textual evidence, with progress, run results and delivered files shown together; BT adds todo and verification reminders controlled per session.
- Prompt optimization: the star in the input box offers light polish, structuring and step planning, rewriting the current draft with undo, redo and restore.
- Code understanding: the built-in CodeGraph queries symbols, source, call relationships and change impact, preparing indexes automatically in project sessions.
- Computer operation: the built-in OpenCU targets pages via @Browser, a connected @Chrome or app references so the assistant can read, click, type and check results, with live view, manual takeover and screenshot export.
- Four complete themes: Codex Desktop, iOS Liquid Glass, Claude CLI and Google Material, each supporting light, dark and narrow screens with instant switching.
How to Use This Plugin?
After enabling it in DSH, create a new session and select Oh My DSH to begin. Day-to-day work starts from three entry points: the star in the input box to optimize a draft, the workbench to review tasks, context and results, and the appearance page in settings to pick a theme. When you need combined tool calls, choose the OMD-PTC preset and chain tools through run_code while keeping the full feature set; browsers, desktop control and runtime environments are managed together on the base components page in settings. Context organization and prompt optimization call the model, and summaries can lose detail, so original-material lookup and external verification still matter.
How to Troubleshoot This Plugin?
When prompt optimization fails, is cancelled or hits a draft conflict, your input is preserved, so you can undo, redo or restore the original draft and retry. If you are still on an older DSH release, keep the matching older version as described in the official notes; native desktop and window sharing require system authorization and the corresponding runtime, so complete preparation on the runtime environment page first. When reporting an issue, include the version, reproduction steps and redacted errors.
