Fylar Office Editor is a DSH plugin for DeepSeek Harness that brings Office documents created by an agent into the DSH Web experience for opening, previewing, editing, and downloading. It solves the problem of AI-generated documents being hard to review and modify, turning Markdown content into real DOCX files and presenting existing DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, and PPTX files from the workspace. Core capabilities include a delivery card in the conversation, an Office workspace tab, a side-panel editor, and a fullscreen editor, all powered by the Fylar Office SDK.

Core Features

• Real DOCX generation: converts Markdown headings, paragraphs, lists, simple tables, code blocks, bold, italic, and inline code into an OOXML Word document.
• Multi-format editing: opens and edits Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, and can create blank documents from the Office tab.
• One persistent editing session: moving between Chat, the Office tab, the side panel, and fullscreen does not reopen the document.

• Workspace-confined file access: only serves supported files from registered DSH workspace roots and blocks traversal and symlink escapes.

How to Use This Plugin?

After enabling the plugin in the DSH Web profile, just ask for a document in a workspace-write session, for example, "Turn this conversation into a Word project summary and save it as reports/project-summary.docx" or "Create an XLSX comparison table in the workspace, then open it for preview." The built-in agent tool directly generates DOCX files, while XLSX and PPTX content must be created by another tool or script, and the plugin validates and presents the resulting file. Once published, an Office delivery card appears in the conversation, which you can open inline, move to the side panel, or enter fullscreen.
