dsh-bot: Turning Telegram and WeChat into Chat Entry Points for DeepSeek Harness
aitcmhk-web/dsh-bot
Turns Telegram and WeChat into chat front-ends for DeepSeek Harness: bind a bot to a DSH workspace with one command, with handoff memory continuity and voice-to-text.
dsh-bot is a DSH plugin that connects Telegram and WeChat to the same DeepSeek Harness workspace, so you can keep the conversation going from your phone when you are away from the computer. It removes the gap of being unable to reach DSH without sitting at the machine: once a bot is bound, you send a message in the chat window and DSH runs inside the configured working directory, returning the result to the same chat. It also ships handoff memory continuity, remote approval cards on your phone, and speech-to-text, with WeChat messages merged into the owner's Telegram session so both sides share one context. What Does It Do?
It is a DSH plugin for DeepSeek Harness that turns Telegram and WeChat into chat entry points for a DSH workspace. It solves the problem of being unable to talk to DSH when you are away from your computer: once a bot is bound, you send a message from your phone and DSH works inside the workspace you chose, sending the result back to the same chat. Maintained by aitcmhk-web under the MIT license and written in JavaScript, it was last updated in 2026-10. Beyond the two entry points, it also ships handoff memory continuity and speech-to-text so conversations stay coherent across sessions and devices.
Core Features
- Dual chat entry points: Telegram and WeChat both act as input and output channels for DSH, with WeChat messages merged into the owner's Telegram session so both sides share one context.
- Handoff memory continuity: enabled by default, it records progress through
/memoryand a bundled bookkeeping program so work resumes after a restart or a new session. - Remote approval: bridges DSH approval requests into Telegram cards with Allow-once and Reject buttons, so you can approve from your phone; the bridge is a read-only side path that never changes the approval outcome.
- Multi-endpoint hub: every endpoint converges on one pure-logic hub, syncing endpoint-to-hub and hub-to-DSH to all endpoints, so adding an endpoint is just one array entry.
- Speech-to-text: defaults to the sensevoice backend, which is more accurate for Chinese; when it is missing locally the plugin replies with a pasteable install hint instead of installing anything.
- Command set:
/whoami/status/model/new/restart/helplet you manage sessions and the process right from the chat window.
How to Use This Plugin?
After enabling it in DSH, prepare a Telegram bot token (create one via @BotFather and do not share it with other bots), then follow the official instructions to bind it; the script only asks three things: the workspace name, the Telegram token, and whether to bind WeChat. Once binding finishes, start it as prompted and simply send messages from Telegram or WeChat; DSH runs inside the configured working directory and returns the result. Use /new for a fresh session, /model to switch models, and /restart to restart the process (progress is written to handoff first). The model tier follows the web-side Settings → Model by default and can also be pinned in configuration; the per-turn timeout defaults to 30 minutes.
How to Troubleshoot This Plugin?
The script prints a final confirmation that the configuration is in effect; only seeing that line means the setup succeeded, and it immediately prints the start command. If that line never appears, or it reports the plugin was not installed, the plugin is not active, and this case fails silently rather than raising an error, so redo the binding per the official instructions. If the local speech recognition environment is missing, both the install wrap-up and voice messages return a pasteable install command, and the plugin never installs it automatically.
